green babycare

i found this book in our local library and i think it's a good one, so i decided to write about it. it has simple language, lots of beautiful photos. and yes, tons of helpful advice how to stay green. even if you don't have a baby.

this summer i'm inlove with

so it's oficcially summer here! it means lots of sun, outdoor fun, berries and minimum of clothes.

and here are my new summer favourites:

1. la roche posay hydraphase uv intense it's a moisturizer and sunscreen in one. very thin, very delicate with sensetive skin, does not leave greasy residue on the face. but intense enough. the  bottle is  hygienic and mess free

2. lotta from stockholm clogs adore them! these clogs have almost exactlly style as hasbeens, but are much cheaper. the heel height is just right for me because i'm paranoid about my height. also they're very VERY comfortable

3. salt-water sandals another lovely sandals. we bought a pair for alisa and she loves them! very nice leather, very soft, comfortable and i like their retro looking. so i bought another ones for me and now i'm waiting for the package

4. orla kiely i LOVE her patterns. that's it. 

5. warehouse engineered floral print swimsuit  by asos i think my next swimear will be a swimsuit. and this one looks cute

6. the farm: rustic recipes for a year of incredible food
very pretty cookbok about whole food

7. falling back in love dress by modcloth oh, darling!

8. tayrona hammock by anthropologie i wish we had our own garden or backyard

я решила иногда писать на английском чисто для практики. английский мой довольно посредственный, так что исправления приветствуются. ну и понять примерно о чем идет речь можно через переводчик

so the other day Dima and me were out for a walk around notting hill. first, we popped in the little sweet american-style bakery on portobello road called the hummingbird bakery. it was pretty crowded, the line ended outside. but it was worth it. 

on weekend you can only have cakes to take away because of lots and lots of customers

i actually don't like cupcakes, so i took only two: red velvet and eton mess. They both were absolutely amazing, very smooth and delicious. the tastiest cupcakes i've ever had, i'm definitely going to come back. and they have a cookbook as well!

then we walked down to portobello and turned to the cow pub. it's an old fashioned and very popular pub from 1855 with black decor and legendary guiness and seafood.

and the next day we had a little bbq in our backyard

and the next day grandpa flew away to moscow
